Standard, Full-Refund Return Policy:
You may return most new, undamaged/unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price, plus tax if applicable, less original shipping fees.* We will reimburse original shipping charges and return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Returns for partial refund:
Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund:
- Any item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 50% of purchase price, plus any applicable tax.
- Any book or other item that has obvious signs of use, returned within 30 days of delivery, will receive 25% of purchase price, plus any applicable tax.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, returned between 30 and 90 days of delivery: up to 25% of purchase price.
*If you return any item from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping cost associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return was due to our error.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Refund will be made to the same credit card as originally purchased.
